All submissions to the Journal of Mechanical Engineering (JMechE) will undergo plagiarism screening using Turnitin software. Authors are advised that their submissions may be subject to plagiarism checks at any stage during the peer-review or production process. The editor will conduct a thorough investigation of any detected plagiarism, including self-plagiarism, and will promptly contact all named authors if overlapping material is identified. If the explanation provided is deemed unsatisfactory, the submission will be rejected, and the authors may be prohibited from submitting to JMechE for a period of three (3) years.
